3. Itinerary and Support

We will provide you with a comprehensive itinerary in PDF format that you can consult and print autonomously. We will also be available for 30 days to address any doubts, questions, or clarifications regarding your travel plan.

We provide all the services included in the plan you have chosen.
We help you planning your travel from zero to the departure.
Our services are tailor-made and do not include pre-packaged and standard packages.
We provide the itinerary prepared for you in a .pdf file that you can read, print, and take with you.
We respond to your questions via email from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM UTC+1 (BASIC plan).
We respond to your questions via WhatsApp from 8 AM to 6 PM UTC+1 (PREMIUM plan).
Satisfaction guarantee or refund: We refund 50% of the cost of our services or offer a voucher equal to 100% of the amount paid as a satisfaction guarantee within 5 days of material delivery.
